Storm has acquired World All Language rights for two books from the internationally acclaimed award-winning playwright of The Meeting and screenwriter of more than two-dozen films and television series, Jeff Stetson. The first novel, slated for release in February 2024, opens with the abduction of a young girl in Los Angeles, with another girl snatched soon after. Their fathers, Ron and Todd, embark on an emotional journey to bring their daughters home. Todd’s wealth, power, and connections contrast with Ron’s status as an African American single dad, highlighting the stark realities different communities face.
The second novel, published in May 2024, is set during an intense summer in Los Angeles amidst protests following the shooting of an unarmed African American man and told through the eyes of two LAPD detectives.
