We’re delighted to announce that commissioning editor Kate Smith has acquired World All Language rights in e-book, paperback and audio, including film and TV, for three Highlands-set contemporary women’s fiction books by debut author Elayne Grimes.

When Marcie Moss receives news that her grandmother is sick, she rushes back to her childhood village in the Highlands of Scotland, staying at her family’s once grand, now crumbling ancestral estate. Reconnecting with old friends – and old flames – Marcie is soon torn between the life she’s made in London and the one she thought she’d left behind. As long-buried secrets rear their head and family tragedy strikes, Marcie must decide where she truly belongs – and how far she’ll go to protect those she loves.

Combining romance, family secrets and mystery with a beautiful loch-side setting, the first in the series will be published in November 2024 with the second book scheduled for April 2025 and the third for July 2025.
