Caitlin Grigg-Williams | Marketing Assistant
Caitlin is a graduate of Durham University, where she completed a BA in English Literature and History, followed by an MA in English Literary Studies. Alongside her studies, she developed a strong interest in how stories are framed, communicated, and brought to audiences beyond the page, particularly across digital and editorial spaces. She is especially drawn to where publishing, media, and digital strategy meet, and enjoys exploring how books reach readers in an increasingly crowded online landscape.
Before moving into publishing, Caitlin worked in journalism and university communications, gaining practical experience in content creation, social media, digital platforms, and audience engagement. She enjoys working at the intersection of creativity and performance data, and is motivated by marketing that balances instinct with evidence. She is keen to continue developing her understanding of commercial publishing and digital campaign strategy.
Outside of work, while of course an avid reader with a soft spot for true crime and historical fiction, Caitlin also enjoys theatre, journalism, and any excuse to get lost in a museum or archive. She is rarely far from a notebook or a book recommendation she is eager to pass on.
