Bestselling historical mystery author Emily Organ is to write three further books in her much-loved Emma Langley series for Storm, in a new deal that takes the series to nine titles. Deputy Managing Director Claire Bord has acquired World All Language rights, including Film and TV, in the three new Emma Langley mysteries from the author directly.
The fifth book in the series, The Clockmaker’s Daughter, publishes this July, with book six following in October this year. The three newly contracted books are scheduled for publication in February, June and October 2027. Set in the gaslit streets of Victorian London, the series follows widow-turned-sleuth Emma Langley as she joins forces with journalist Penny Green to solve the city’s darkest crimes.
