Publishing Director Emily Gowers has acquired World English Language rights for two dark sapphic rom-coms by Dana Hawkins from Jenna Satterthwaite at Storm Literary Agency.
Book one, She Tastes Like Violence, follows an assassin-for-hire whose latest job brings her face-to-face with the woman who once broke her heart. This deliciously dark rom-com will be published in June 2027, with the second book, She Tastes Like Fire, following in January 2028.
