Editorial Director Vicky Blunden has acquired World All Language rights, including film and TV, in two new books in Kate Wiley’s ongoing Margot Phalen FBI series. The series follows agent Margot Phalen as she works for an elite cold case team and attempts to leave her past – including the legacy of her serial killer father – behind. The new signings are the fourth and fifth books in the series and will publish in December 2026 and March 2027.
Kate Wiley is an established crime writer who has a firm fanbase in multiple genres. She writes cozy mysteries as Gretchen Rue, and the popular Secret McQueen supernatural thriller / urban fantasy series as Sierra Dean.
Wiley says,
