Commissioning editor Kate Smith has acquired World All Language rights, including film and TV, for two domestic thrillers by award-winning author Angela Henry.
The first book, The Perfect Affair, is scheduled for publication on 1st December 2023. The lives of a college professor and his wife unravel when his former mistress and colleague disappears and he becomes the prime suspect, forcing them both to confront dark secrets from their past.
Henry’s second domestic thriller – also set on a US college campus – will be published in May next year.
Based in Ohio, Angela Henry is the author of the popular Kendra Clayton mystery series and the award-winning Xavier Knight urban fantasy series, as well as the thriller The Paris Secret. She also writes middle-grade fantasy under the name Angie Kelly. Her awards to date include winning Amazon’s Kindle Scout Competition and being a regional winner for Ohio in the Indie Author Project.
