Storm Publishing is thrilled to announce the acquisition of six books from USA Today-bestselling dark romance author Jolie Vines. Publisher Kathryn Taussig acquired US and Canadian print rights from Brent Taylor at Triada US to three books in the Skeleton Crew series – Convict’s Game, Kane’s Prey and Tyler’s Rule – together with three books in a brand-new, never-before-published series.

The deal follows Storm’s trade paperback publication of Vines’s Arran’s Obsession, the first in the Body Count trilogy, across the USA and Canada in May 2026. The next two books in that series, Connor’s Claim and Riordan’s Revenge, publishing in September 2026 and early 2027.

The Skeleton Crew series is set in the same world as Body Count. Self-published in ebook, the series has already gathered more than 6,000 reader reviews and a fiercely devoted following, and Storm’s editions will bring it to bookstores for the first time. Perfect for readers of Rina Kent and Den of Vipers, the series delivers everything Vines is known for: morally grey men, strong heroines and tons of spice!
