We’re excited to announce that Deputy Managing Director Claire Bord has acquired World All Language rights to five books in new detective series from Paul J. Teague – author of the Morecambe Bay trilogies plus several psychological thrillers and Sci-Fi & dystopian novels. The first in his new Detective Kate Summers series opens with the body of an elderly woman, Sister Brennan found beneath the Humber Bridge as Kate delves into the nun’s life and discovers that the woman ran a mother and baby home. The first three books will form a trilogy centred around the Sister Brennan murder case.
Paul said:
‘It’s so exciting to be working with an innovative and forward-looking publisher like Storm. As an author, I’m keen to get my books into the hands of as many readers as possible and with Storm I know I’ve got an experienced and dedicated team on my side. I’m looking forward to launching my new series and can’t wait to share it with readers.’
Claire Bord commented:
‘Paul writes the kind of all-consuming, fast-paced, and gripping crime fiction that has you saying, “just one more page.” Then, before you know it, you’ve raced through three stories back-to-back! I’m delighted that Storm will be publishing the Detective Kate Summers series and can’t wait to introduce her to readers.’
