Editorial Director Vicky Blunden has acquired World All Language rights (excl. French and German) in two series by established historical novelist Clare Flynn. The Penang series will publish in ebook and paperback in October 2023, with the first in a new series set in the run-up to WWI, The Colour of Glass, publishing in ebook, paperback and audio in November 2023.
Clare Flynn is the author of fourteen books and is loved by readers of historical fiction for her epic, sweeping novels set during vividly realised turbulent times, often in exotic locations. The Colour of Glass is a spellbinding story of love and rebellion that unfolds against the backdrop of the Arts & Crafts movement and the campaign for women’s suffrage.
Flynn says,
