Storm Publishing has acquired a two-book dark fantasy romance series from New York Times and USA Today bestselling author K.A. Knight. Publisher Kathryn Taussig signed World All Language rights in ebook, paperback and audio from Nikki Groom at SBR Media, for the duet Fatebound and Deathbound.
It marks a move into dark fantasy romance for Knight, who is best known for her contemporary dark romance Den of Vipers. Fatebound follows Dessandra, a magical hybrid whose fate becomes fatally entangled with a mysterious and dangerous prisoner known only as 688, in a dark, boundary-pushing enemies-to-lovers story.
Taussig commented:

It has everything her readers love – it’s brutal, possessive and properly dark – but there’s a whole fantasy world built around the characters too.
